Finding childcare shouldn't feel like a full-time job.
For many families, both parents are working, which means there is already limited time and bandwidth to search for daycares, schools, camps, activities, events, and other local resources. Yet finding accurate information often means scrolling through outdated websites, old blog posts, social media groups, and dozens of search results.
This website was created to make that process easier for families in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area.
Our goal is to bring local childcare information together in one central place that is easy to access, filter, and understand. We launched in June 2026 with childcare resources and plan to expand to include activities, summer camps, schools, events, and more.
If this website gives a parent one less thing to do today, our mission has been accomplished.
This is a community-powered resource. Every update, correction, recommendation, and piece of information you share helps other local families. Together, we can spend less time searching through screens and more time enjoying life with our kids.
